1. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days once an order confirmation email is received. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic: 3-8 business days
- International: 7-21 business days
- Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
3. International Shipping
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred.
4. Local Pickup
- Local pickup is available for customers in or around Goldsboro, North Carolina. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout.
- Orders for pickup are typically ready within 1–7 business days, depending on the product and customisation. You will be notified once your order is ready. Confirm the order is ready before appearing for pickup.
5. Order Tracking
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@lamyasvogue.com
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- Ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- If you realise your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@lamyasvogue.com. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed and shipped.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Lamya’s Vogue is not liable for lost or stolen packages.
- If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide support and documentation to assist with the claim process.
8. Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, carrier issues, or customs processes.
- In such cases, we will do our best to communicate updates and work with you to resolve any issues.
